If you would like to return your products, you can use our return portal. Through the portal, you will receive a return label via email along with a QR code. Simply bring the QR code to your nearest GLS Parcel Shop to complete your return.
THE RETURN PORTAL CAN ONLY BE USED FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED ONLINE.
