Founder Pernille Vejbæk began designing vases as a passion project that quickly became her labor of love. What is the delivery time?
All orders (besides pre-orders and selected 3D printed vases) are ready to ship within 1-3 days. Pre-orders and selected 3D printed objects may take longer, about 2 weeks. Shipping costs will be added and depends on your location and weight. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a Track & Trace number allowing you to follow and locate your parcel. In case of the pressure of busyness, a longer delivery time may occur.

Return and exchange
How do I return a product?
Returns within the European Union
To return an item, please contact us at hello@bloom-objects.com before
sending the item back. If you wish to return your order within 14 days of your purchase, we offer to send a return label via email. You must notify us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. Following this notification,
you have 14 days to return the purchased items to the webshop. Otherwise, the refund will not be processed.
Denmark: For the expense of the return label, we deduct 50 DKK from the total amount reimbursed to your account.
Other European countries: For the expense of the return label, we deduct 300 DKK from the total amount reimbursed to your account.
Returns from Non-EU Countries
When returning items from countries outside the EU, please note that the buyer is responsible for covering all associated return costs. These costs will be deducted from the final refund amount issued to the buyer.

How do I handlean incorrect order?
If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us at hello@bloom-objects.com as soon as possible. We will be happy to assist you with processing a return or arranging a replacement.
How do I handle a damaged order?
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at hello@bloom-objects.com as soon as possible (within 24 hours). Please include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos of the item. Once we have processed your request, we will send you a replacement piece.
